Sonya Hill. Founder and Director
Born and raised in Dunedin, I'm incredibly proud to call New Zealand home. I studied at the University of Otago, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1995.
After spending a few years working as an independent business consultant in Dunedin and around New Zealand, I headed to the UK to broaden my experience and learn from a larger, more diverse marketplace. During my time there, I worked with global blue-chip organisations on systems redesign, and gained valuable experience across marketing, business development, human resources and education. I worked both as an employee and in a consultancy partnership with an IT specialist, giving me a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities businesses face.
I returned to Dunedin in 2011 and founded SWOTfit. Today, we're a small, dedicated team that takes a hands-on approach to supporting our clients. We bring in trusted specialists when needed, while maintaining the personalised service and close relationships we're known for.
